The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead the Certain Advantage brand. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for setting the direction for our business and driving growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and influence our teams of Associate Directors to achieve productivity targets
  • Conduct market research and develop business plans to drive commercial growth
  • Take ownership of the business development strategy to grow our permanent and temporary recruitment offering
  • Champion systems and processes to develop data-driven insights within the business area
  • Work cross-functionally with peers in the Senior Leadership Team to drive overall organisation results
