The Role

We're looking for a key player in our Senior Leadership Team to lead the strategic direction for our Certain Advantage Brand. As the Director of Certain Advantage, you'll take end-to-end ownership of the brand, guiding and influencing our teams of Associate Directors to achieve productivity targets.

You'll conduct market research, evaluate opportunities, and develop business plans to achieve commercial growth. You'll also take ownership of the business development strategy to grow both our permanent and temporary recruitment offering.

What We're Looking For

We're eager to meet candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience as a senior people leader within a recruitment business with both a permanent and temporary offering
  • Demonstrable new business wins through bids and tenders from start to finish
  • Possess extensive experience using CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to develop business plans, recommendations, and ideas
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and at all levels to gain buy-in
