As a key member of the u-blox IT department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Digital Business Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital interactions with customers align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the teams for Salesforce CRM and Website development, providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.
- Collaborate with Business Marketing product owners to define and prioritize the Salesforce CRM and Website development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
- Take on the role of Solution Architect, ensuring technical design and implementation meet business needs and objectives.
- Adhere to best practices and standards to ensure quality, performance, and security of CRM and Website, and measure and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as Solution Owner for the Quote to Cash process within the ERP transformation program.
- Manage the integration stream between CRM and the new SAP ERP system.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and processes to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing digital projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and website development.
- Familiarity with SAP Sales and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other web technologies.
- Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems, using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
