Business Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Odin Careers Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring efficient completion of all duties
  • Manage facilities and services, including vendor liaison and maintenance
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination and document preparation
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with new staff onboarding and provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Mentor junior administrative staff as needed
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business administration
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach
