Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Apparel Sourcing team as an intern. As an Apparel Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in various tasks related to sourcing and procurement of apparel and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Information Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Task Management: Monitor and support tasks needed within our seasonal program and Supply Management Unit (SMU) to meet critical path deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Place SMS yardage bookings, support SMS Purchase Order (PO) placement, and track delivery.
  • Senior Manager Support: Assist the Senior Manager in sending vendor allocation and calendars.
  • Forecasting: Send seasonal forecasts to vendors.
  • Vendor Development: Support vendor development projects, including embroidery, prints, and execution.
  • Global Apparel Projects: Support the Senior Head on global apparel projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate or recent graduate in a Fashion discipline.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, forward thinking, and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Interest: Interest in fashion, apparel, and accessories.
