Job Summary

Air IT Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the activities of a team of Project Engineers delivering a range of IT projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling incoming projects, communicating with clients about project progress, coordinating required project procurement, and monitoring and acting on daily and weekly project board governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and Coordinate Projects
    • Manage project schedules and timelines
    • Coordinate project resources and personnel
    • Ensure project deliverables are met
  • Communicate with Clients
    • Communicate project progress and updates to clients
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate Project Procurement
    • Source and procure project materials and services
    • Manage project budgets and expenses
  • Monitor and Act on Project Governance
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues
    • Take corrective action to ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements

  • Project Scheduling and Coordination Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in project scheduling and coordination
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in project management software and tools
