About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Team One UK Recruitment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and expanding our client portfolio, focusing on both new and existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to establish strong customer relationships and develop a rewarding career in the fast-paced FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust relationships with key customer stakeholders across various departments.
2. Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to uncover market opportunities.
3. Lead new product development initiatives and manage product modifications.
4. Proactively oversee customer inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
5. Create engaging customer presentations utilizing market insights and data.
6. Manage sales reporting and contract balance effectively.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in a relevant business discipline with a minimum classification of 2.1.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in sales within the commercial retail environment.
- Preference for candidates with a background in the food industry, although other FMCG experience will be considered.
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and managing client accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A confident, dynamic individual with a competitive spirit and a proactive approach.
Salary:
£30,000 to £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits.
