Marketing Manager Food FMCG Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our expanding business in the Food FMCG sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to grow market share and enhance brand reputation.

The Role:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Insights, and Technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyse marketing effectiveness and sales performance to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the Food Sector
  • 2.1 or above in a relevant business or marketing degree
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Passion for the food industry
