Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth and success across all areas of the business.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Communicate and maintain operating standards, budgets, group policies, targets and objectives required of the BMW and MINI and Lloyd brands.
- Formulate and implement marketing plans to maximize awareness and success of the Lloyd brand.
- Ensure the highest possible levels of facility cleanliness and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of working within the BMW brand would be advantageous.
