Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions.
  • Participate in staff recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control and labor management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
