Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting comprehensive tender submissions
  • Assisting the Bid Manager in various tasks
  • Developing submissions that align with client requirements
  • Producing clear, concise, and persuasive content
  • Collaborating with Estimators, Project Engineers, and Pre-Construction Managers to ensure timely submissions that reflect the company’s brand and values
  • Supporting Business Development Directors with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
  • Maintaining and organizing a repository of standard PQQ/Tender responses

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to transform rough draft information into polished submissions
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Experience with InDesign, including populating text boxes and modifying images
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adept at managing multiple deadlines and adapting to changing workloads

This position is office-based, with no remote work options available.
