The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage various situations with professionalism and composure, adhering to the institution's policies and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for students and guests, providing a friendly and approachable service.
- Assist with general inquiries and administrative tasks, including responding to calls and emails promptly.
- Support the accommodation team with room assignments and facilitate room swaps as necessary.
- Engage in resident inductions, helping new students acclimate to their living environment.
- Conduct end-of-year room inspections and manage key collection.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid SIA DS Licence or in the process of obtaining one.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Physically fit and adaptable to various duties.
- Professional demeanor with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A comprehensive five-year employment history is required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: £12.60 per hour.
- Average working hours: 24 hours per weekend, with shifts scheduled according to site requirements.
