We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Associate for Aggregates to enhance our technical support operations within the insurance sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute significantly to our team.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the aggregate technical support team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of regulatory compliance related to aggregates, including Solvency 2 and SOX.
  • Inputting location and policy data, including perils, sub-limits, and deductibles into the aggregation system.
  • Addressing internal and external inquiries as necessary.
  • Preparing reports on aggregate data entry activities.
  • Supporting the underwriting team by preparing necessary documentation for meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the insurance and reinsurance landscape.
  • Proficient in Excel with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in aggregate data entry is advantageous.
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge.
