About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Group Functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the uptake of security platforms and implementing technology changes to ensure the security environment remains robust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various business teams to support the implementation of security platforms and ensure seamless integration.
  • Support and implement technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop expertise in the Identity Now access management solution and train others to support the platform.
  • Review controls and report any identified risks to ensure the security environment remains secure.
  • Analyze and resolve issues across mainframe, Wintel, and database environments, providing timely solutions to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in development, with a keen interest in Cyber Security.
  • Knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Powershell, APIs/REST, SQL Server, Linux command line, and tools such as Putty/Filezilla and Postman.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team, asking questions and seeking guidance when needed.
  • Sailpoint and/or mainframe experience is highly desirable.
