Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Group Functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting technology-based changes within our security environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with various business teams to facilitate the adoption of security platforms
  • Supporting and implementing technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow
  • Training to support the Identity Now access management solution, with a view to transitioning into a more technical development role
  • Reviewing controls and reporting any identified risks within your daily activities
  • Supporting and analyzing issues across mainframe, Wintel, and database environments

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Previous experience in areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification
  • A willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure of a solution
  • Sailpoint and/or mainframe experience is highly desirable
