Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Group Functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting technology-based changes within our security environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in Cyber Security to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various business teams to support the adoption of security platforms
  • Support and implement technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow
  • Train to support the Identity Now access management solution, with a view to progressing to a more technical development role
  • Review controls and report any identified risks within your daily activities
  • Support and analyze issues across mainframe, Wintel, and database environments
Requirements
  • Previous experience in areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification
  • A passion for Cyber Security and a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Sailpoint and/or mainframe experience would be highly beneficial
