Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with training and coaching the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize business communication tools to monitor task completion and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory or management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Ability to positively impact sales, payroll, and stock loss.
  • Proven track record of developing talented individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to supporting the Store Manager in achieving the highest store standards and customer service experience.
