Role Overview

All candidates for the Health and Fitness Specialist position should possess at least a CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a preference for those holding CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3. However, if you are a driven and enthusiastic individual, we are committed to supporting your journey toward achieving this qualification through our ongoing training and development programs.

Starting your career as a Health and Fitness Specialist opens doors to various opportunities, including the potential to offer exceptional Personal Training sessions and expand your client base. If you aspire to advance into management, you can progress to a Fitness Manager role.

Candidate Profile

  • Prioritize customer needs and foster meaningful relationships.

  • Comfortably engage with clients at all fitness levels, setting and monitoring personalized programs.
  • Facilitate Personal Training and small group sessions, actively seeking new clients through direct interactions and basic marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to regulations and company protocols.
