To work as part of the team working directly with learners to help them prepare for the progression from college to employment, self-employment or Higher Education. Including to co-ordinate and organise a range of activities relating to the preparation for, and progression of learners to meet their ambitions.

A Welsh speaker is highly desirable in this role.
