Your Role as a Logistics Warehouse Associate:

As a key member of the warehousing team, your duties will encompass:

  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Regular stock assessments and adherence to operational protocols will be crucial for maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Receiving Goods: Manage incoming shipments, including verifying orders and accurate data logging. Organize and store products in line with departmental guidelines while addressing any discrepancies or issues with received stock.
  • Returns Processing: Handle returns according to established procedures, identifying reasons for returns and managing them in compliance with set protocols.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

Support the wider business objectives by:

  • Updating bin locations accurately within the inventory system.
  • Inspecting equipment for any irregularities or damages and reporting findings.
  • Adjusting machinery (light assembly) based on customer specifications and preparing products for shipment.

What We Seek in a Logistics Warehouse Associate:

  • Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with effective teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly warehouse management software.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and tasks.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 1 year in a warehousing role.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and a willingness to engage in light assembly tasks using hand tools.
  • A forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

This role offers a daytime schedule, typically from 9 am to 5:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be necessary to accommodate occasional late pickups.
