Job Opportunity: Temporary Stock Controller

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and oversee our inventory operations. This temporary position is perfect for someone with an electronics background who is available for immediate work.

About the Role:

We are a leading recruitment agency, Pertemps TM, and we are looking for a skilled Stock Controller to join our team. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting regular stock checks and audits, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely stock replenishment, identifying and resolving discrepancies in stock levels, and ensuring the safe and efficient storage of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock levels, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient storage of products, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in stock control, preferably within the electronics sector.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
