The successful candidate will have a background in Corporate Finance from a top-rated CA firm, or Corporate Finance house or Investment Bank background.
About the RoleThe Investment Director will be responsible for leading advisory Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as other ad-hoc projects such as Valuations, and Equity fundraising. The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to execute on deals and lead a team. Business development is not a key component of this position, as the business has this covered by the leaders already in place.
