About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at ZAVA. As a key member of our Patient Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Administration: Assist with the doctor team's clinical work, including communication with other healthcare professionals and administrative tasks.
  • Complaint Management: Ensure complaints and incidents are recorded and escalated accordingly, facilitating communication between ZAVA, patients, labs, and partner pharmacies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Patient Care Team members to ensure effective support for patients across all locations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare or tech industry, preferably in a contact centre or virtual customer advisory role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German or French, in addition to English.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work as part of a team, adhere to regulations and policies, follow tasks through to completion, and demonstrate a caring and empathetic approach to patient care.
