We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Lead and Develop Your Team**: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing coaching and guidance to help your team members grow and develop in their careers.
  • **Drive Sales Growth**: Work closely with your Store Manager to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control.
  • **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • **Manage Store Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
