Position Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Systems Integration Engineer to support our client on a contractual basis. The primary role of a Systems Engineer involves researching and testing the design, functionality, and maintenance of various products, equipment, systems, and processes. This includes defining the complete performance system for an industrial power system.


Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate sampling procedures, designs, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Oversee programs aimed at assessing the precision and accuracy of production equipment, as well as testing, measurement, and analytical facilities.
- Conduct training sessions focused on quality control activities.
- Act as a specialist in quality control engineering areas, including design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative applications.
- Direct personnel engaged in measuring and testing products and compiling data related to materials, products, or process quality and reliability.
- Plan and oversee activities related to the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
- Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, leveraging knowledge in engineering disciplines such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Prior experience with engineering-related computer applications and software, including Computer Aided Design (CAD), Matlab/Simulink, and Office 365.


Skills Required:
- Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback on performance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
