The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of business plans, internal reports, and administrative communications to support the development of our corporate banking business.
  • Preparing regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback, to inform business decisions.
  • Collating monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensuring timely updates from Relationship Managers.
  • Collecting and analyzing departmental business data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Working closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the conduct of our business.
  • Managing a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive manner to support the department in meeting key objectives and external regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have:

  • Fluency in Mandarin - Essential
  • Professional experience in corporate banking, Fintech, or corporate treasury-related industries
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, strong organizational, and time management skills
  • Diligence (attention to detail) and high productivity
  • An ability to learn, adapt quickly, and work under pressure, as well as to work digitally and efficiently
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
