We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients on our 11-bed female mental health acute service.
Key Responsibilities- Assess referrals and undertake mental state examinations of service users
- Undertake appropriate investigations, diagnosis, and treatment
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical audits
- Lead the implementation of risk assessment, risk management, and embed clinical governance
- Supervise reports for Mental Health Act tribunals and managers' hearings and attend hearings
- Participate in the telephone 1:7 Second on-call rota
