We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Megan's in the Garden City (Welwyn Garden City). As a Barista at Megan's, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks with a focus on presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Competitive hourly rate of 12.5ph, plus tronc for every hour worked.
