About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Welwyn Garden City. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading a team of retail professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that budgets are met and exceeded.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail experience.
- Ability to develop your own skills to enhance others.
