Corporate Governance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Manager to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective governance of our Trust.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of corporate governance and administration processes within the NHS, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing the Board, its committees, and other key meetings to ensure formal and robust governance arrangements are followed.

About the Role
  • Manage the Board, its committees, and other key meetings to ensure formal and robust governance arrangements are followed.
  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Trust Board Secretary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective governance across the Trust.

Requirements
  • Good standard of general education - 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Mathematics and English.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Governance and administration processes within the NHS.
  • Competent working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites.
