About the RoleWe are looking for a senior governance professional to provide strategic leadership in corporate governance across the Coventry University Group. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of company administration and governance requirements, preferably in the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide governance and procedural advice to the Chair of the Board of Governors, Vice-Chancellor, and Directors
- Ensure compliance with company and charitable law, including submission of annual statutory returns and financial statements
- Lead a team of experienced individuals to ensure effective governance across the Group
- Develop and implement governance policies and procedures
