About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Information Security team and drive the development of our IS Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management strategy. As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for setting the direction of the team and overseeing the implementation of IS GRC frameworks, controls, and regulatory compliance.
About You
We're looking for a subject matter expert with a strong background in IS governance, risk, and compliance. You'll need to have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining workable policies, standards, processes, and control frameworks for IS. Additionally, you'll require a deep understanding of IT systems, practices, strategies, approaches, and developing technology trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IS GRC strategies and frameworks
- Lead and manage a team of analysts
- Establish and maintain workable policies, standards, processes, and control frameworks for IS
- Provide guidance and support to the Executive and Board on IS GRC matters
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate IS risks
