We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Truck Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective customers and accounts within assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the heavy duty truck industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Ford products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
