Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee various construction and refurbishment projects for 2MS CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, communication, and high standards are always at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor full compliance to Health & Safety and contractual conditions.
- Manage the entire project from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on job profitability, ensuring efficient project management.
- Ensure materials are ordered and received in a timely manner, in line with the project programme.
- Signing off invoices related to the project.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations and contractual conditions.
- Ability to analyze problems quickly and find practical solutions.
