Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee various construction and refurbishment projects for 2MS CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from start to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce Health & Safety practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their representatives, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Responsible for project profitability, including monitoring and reporting on job profitability on a regular basis.
  • Ensure materials are ordered and received in a timely manner, in line with the project programme.
  • Signing off invoices related to the project.

  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with a focus on company objectives.
