About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at 2MS CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction and refurbishment projects from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions, health and safety regulations, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sub-contractors and trade operatives to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and enforce health and safety practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including variation pricing, instructions, and final accounts, to ensure compliance with contractual conditions.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports and update contract programmes for site meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Health and Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices, with the ability to monitor and enforce compliance.
  • Contract Administration: Experience in managing contracts, including variation pricing, instructions, and final accounts.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
