About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of customer service and pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, including GPs and other healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy developments and best practices, ensuring our store remains at the forefront of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and initiatives, driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience of working in a community pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of patient care and pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
