Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in team leadership and development, with a strong understanding of the required skill sets.
  • Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring to enhance team morale and performance.
  • Capability to identify team strengths and training needs effectively.
  • Business acumen to ensure efficient reporting systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with 'lean Manufacturing' principles and methodologies.
  • Strong diagnostic skills for fault identification and resolution.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning in areas such as Kaizen, Industrial Engineering, and Quality Management.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a determined approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
