Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Wrights of Marino Manufacturing. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders received through phone, email, and text messages.
  • Enter customer orders into our bespoke Sales Ordering system and print invoices from Sage 200 accounts package.
  • Coordinate invoices for designated delivery runs and ensure they are ready for drivers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders and special deals available.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and answering incoming calls.
Requirements:
  • Previous office experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Own transport is beneficial but not essential.
