About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brookthorpe Hall School, a specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-16 with a wide range of needs, including SEMH, ASD, and Complex Trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the educational and emotional needs of pupils with Autism and Complex Needs
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and the delivery of classroom activities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to pupils during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Requirements
  • Appropriate Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
