Position Overview

The Higher Education Blended Learning department is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Business Educator to join our dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, student-centered department that prioritizes innovative teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging instruction to undergraduate students in various business disciplines, including Leadership and Management, Business Strategy, and Marketing Processes.
  • Contribute to the teaching and evaluation of both Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods.
  • Supervise and guide student research projects, fostering academic growth and inquiry.
Position Details

This is a full-time, permanent role that involves regular travel across the UK to support our blended learning students.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student-centered education, with a focus on curriculum development supported by scholarly activity, research, or practical experience in the field.

Experience in delivering blended learning programs through virtual learning environments is highly desirable.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
  • A good honors degree pertinent to the role.
  • Teaching experience in higher education.
