About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled MRO & Equipment Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the contracting, supplier management, and tendering of our MRO and Equipment suppliers in the EU/AF region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy aligned with our global strategy, focusing on spend management and total cost of ownership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and value creation.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost and risk optimization.
  • Negotiate and contract key suppliers, ensuring adherence to current procedures and driving P&L value.
  • Conduct spend analysis and mapping of key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management.
  • Commercial knowledge and experience in the MRO/Equipment industry, with a focus on framework agreements.
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills, both written and oral.
