Job Title: Systems Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Delivery Manager to join our team at Bristow Holland Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of system changes and technical updates to meet both client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete delivery of system changes and technical updates
  • Oversee system support, including technical, application, and business support
  • Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and compliant
  • Drive change roadmap and ensure business operating model remains efficient and aligned with best practices
  • Manage resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide leadership to ensure timely delivery of system developments and support

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Experience managing a Development Team or Application Support team
  • Ability to assess impact of changes and ensure processes and controls are continuously improved
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to drive professional development
