We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Delivery Manager to join our team at Bristow Holland Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of system changes and technical updates to meet both client and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete delivery of system changes and technical updates
- Oversee system support, including technical, application, and business support
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and compliant
- Drive change roadmap and ensure business operating model remains efficient and aligned with best practices
- Manage resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide leadership to ensure timely delivery of system developments and support
- Assess the impact of changes and ensure processes and controls are continuously improved
- Coach and mentor team members, set objectives, and drive professional development
This is a senior management role, requiring strong leadership and management experience. You will ideally have managed one of either a Development Team or Application Support team.
