As a Technical Sales Consultant (Solution Specialist) at Kainos, you will leverage your expertise and consultative selling abilities to forge enduring relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders. You will implement effective strategies to successfully position Kainos Smart tools and our Electronic Document Management for Workday solution.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading prospecting and opportunity qualification efforts: Engage with potential clients independently through various channels such as webinars, trade shows, and direct outreach to broaden our influence.
  • Informing clients about the Kainos Smart product: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the advantages of our solutions.
  • Advancing Kainos as a business: Aid in qualifying leads and advancing opportunities for successful sales.
  • Acting as an external ambassador for Kainos: Effectively represent Kainos to prospects and clients, establishing us as a market leader.
  • Building trust with prospects: Employ a consultative approach to comprehend customer challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Achieving targets: Surpass quarterly sales objectives by generating high-quality pipelines for new and existing business.
  • Ensuring strategic alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing team and Territory Managers to drive demand generation initiatives.
  • Mentoring others: Share your expertise with the team to enhance overall performance.

Minimum (Essential) Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the HCM sector and a profound understanding of the market.
  • Prior experience in sales engineering or solution consulting, or 3-5 years in a commercial IT sales environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in consultative selling, presentation skills, and understanding customer needs.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing processes and SaaS products.
  • Proven history of meeting sales targets and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present business value proposals.
  • Strong networking capabilities and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a competitive environment while upholding company values.
  • Effective planning and deadline management skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in creating compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Workday solutions and presentation training (e.g., Demo2Win).
  • Prior experience in software demonstration.
