Job Title: Luxury Residential Concierge
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Property Management Recruitment. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests at our luxury residential properties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to residents and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of residents and the property, including monitoring access-control, CCTV, and security systems.
- Key Management: Operate a secure Key and Key-FOB management system, ensuring that keys and access are only granted to authorized personnel.
- Health and Safety: Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Fire Regulations, ensuring that the property is compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Logistics: Receive, record, and store deliveries, mail, and parcels, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct residents.
- Waste Management: Ensure that bin-room waste and recycling management are provided, including collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables.
- Reporting: Report any issues or concerns to the Property Manager, including light bulbs out in communal blocks, litter, and other maintenance issues.
- Training and Development: Attend professional development training courses, as required, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information and updates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury residential setting.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to residents and visitors.
- Security and Safety: Knowledge of security and safety procedures, including access-control, CCTV, and security systems.
- Key Management: Experience with key management systems, including secure key and Key-FOB management.
