Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors in our high-end residential building. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the development, and maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.
- Development Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the development, including reception duties, phone and email correspondence, and security patrols.
- Security and Maintenance: Conduct daily lift alarm checks, monitor access-control, CCTV, and security systems, and manage key and Key-FOB security.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas, including waste and recycling management, and report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
- Communication and Support: Support the Property Manager by addressing urgent queries, coordinating site services, and maintaining clear communication logs.
