About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver/Pickler. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Pick orders from our coldstore and prepare them for delivery
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status and provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake pre-shift vehicle inspections and ensure safe driving practices
  • Work collaboratively with the office and picking teams to achieve delivery targets
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the office team
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability and good attendance record
  • Basic secondary education
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a multi-drop delivery role
  • Experience in a care-based role
  • Warehouse experience
  • Health and safety awareness
