The role of Technical Support Specialist is diverse and rewarding. You will engage with clients both on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis to ensure systems are maintained and provide top-notch IT support. There will also be opportunities to contribute significantly to IT project delivery.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/macOS).
- Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure.
- Valid driving license.
- Effective communication skills with a polite and confident demeanor.
- A sincere commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work and professionalism.
- Team-oriented mindset – Going The Extra Mile (GTEM), providing constructive feedback, and supporting colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS check (conducted by the company and must remain clear).
Desirable Experience:
Experience within the Education sector is advantageous.
What will your responsibilities include?
- Regular visits to client sites in the region and occasionally beyond.
- Providing both on-site and remote technical assistance to our clients.
- Executing various tasks to support service or system maintenance and IT project delivery.
- Fostering positive working relationships with clients.
- Assisting other teams with their responsibilities when required.
