Job Overview

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as an Assurance Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing and advising on the Accreditation, Regulation, Assurance, and Risk agenda across the Trust.

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Assurance team
  • Liaising with managers and clinicians throughout the Trust
  • Communicating with external providers and regulators
  • Utilizing governance, risk, compliance, and information monitoring software systems

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

The Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and implementing Assurance activities
  • Providing support to the Assurance Manager
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of Assurance policies and procedures

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
